At J.E.M, our vision for Aurora is to provide the safest, most efficient and best quality app that will help connect all GSAs (Gay Straight Alliances) throughout the city of Montreal. Aurora strives for equality and safe expression for every single individual. Nobody stands alone because we stand with you.

Aurora, is an app that connects GSA students of all ages throughout Montreal by allowing them to share resources and experiences with each other.

Each individual GSA club can create their own page/profile and post about their own personal experiences with LGBTQ+ issues, media they have seen, and speakers they have heard about.

There will be no judgement sharing on our app as we will not include comments, likes or chats in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment. This will help limit and decrease bullying on our app which can impact members in a harmful way.

We want our users to know they are in a safe and appropriate environment that is always monitored for bullies.

WHAT IS A GSA?
GSAs, also known as Gay-Straight Alliances are community based organizations led by schools and students. Their purpose is to provide a sense of community as well as a safe environment for LGBTQ+ youth.
